Where we ship
The United Kingdom only, for now. Checkout will not accept a delivery address outside the UK — deliberately, because taking an order that cannot be fulfilled and refunding it later is worse for everyone than declining it.
Cost and time
Standard UK delivery is £3.95, and free on orders over £75. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay, never added afterwards.
Orders are dispatched within two working days. Delivery is typically 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
If it does not arrive
See the contact page with your order reference. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days unless agreed otherwise; if that has not happened you are entitled to a refund, and you will get one.
