Returns
How to return something
See the contact page with your order reference and say what you are sending back. You will get a return address and confirmation by reply.
Send the item back unworn, in its original condition, with the tags on. Keep your proof of postage until the refund lands — it is the only evidence that the parcel left you.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving, or of proof of postage, whichever is sooner.
The returns address
Defected Clothing has no published contact address yet, so there is currently no way to reach us in writing. Please do not place an order.
⚠ This page is not finished. UK law requires an online shop to publish the trader's identity and geographic address before an order is placed, and the following are not yet published here: business structure (company or sole trader), trading address, customer contact address, VAT registration status, returns address.
Faulty items
A faulty item is not a change of mind and the rules are different. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject a faulty item for a full refund, and return postage is paid by us, not you. Email a photograph and the order reference.
